TPC Leadership are leading provider of coaching and leadership development, originally established in the UK, but now with a global reach and established partnerships in over 14 countries worldwide.
When they selected Beautiful Everything from their pitch list, the brief was to develop their brand strategy and online presence and for this to be representative of their growth in stature and presence over the last 5 years, but also to reflect their evolved service proposition and client experience.
We embarked on an initial research project with the leading partners within the organisation to allow us to gain a true understanding of what differentiates them from their sector competitors and to gain some further insights about their customers. This insight was combined with a desk research, a competitor audit and some trend analysis to form the foundation upon which the brand evolution was founded.
The project involved an experience mapping workshop, a renaming process, brand strategy, identity development, UX review and implementation and strategic content development to support the new proposition. The creative development was delivered through our network of creative experts, specially selected for the project’s needs.
This was truly a global project, conducted in collaboration with the international team of partners through remote workshopping using internet technology and a series of face to face sessions. Bringing together a diverse local market view on service delivery into a coherent brand and experience position that worked for all, but still delivered the guiding principles that made them standout against the competition.
The result is a significant leap forward for a growing and aspirational global consultancy organisation that delivers amazing leadership results to a portfolio of global market leaders.
