Ed Richardson

With 20 years of delivering strategic technology and communication projects, Ed has an excellent technical understanding how technology can help in solving problems, however complex.

Over the years he has delivered global projects for PlayStation, Umbro and Dr. Martens; digital strategy for first direct, blinkbox, Oxfam, Fox’s Biscuits, AXA PPP, Warburtons and many smaller brands and businesses ensuring that Ed’s experience is varied and extensive.

All of this work has provided Ed with a depth of experience in user centric thinking. From user experience planning, user journey mapping, product development planning to user research and data analysis. The work has included websites, social, apps, advertising, digital infrastructure (incl. physical space installations), digital products and digital experiences in public spaces. Across these projects the work has included not only development builds but also the content that engages and drives interaction.

Out of work Ed can be found long distance fell running, mountain biking, road biking, wild swimming and dragging his family with him on his ludicrous adventures.
