We’re a small group of consultants, specialising in strategy, research, user centric design and technology.
Between us we’ve spent years working in agencies and corporates on all aspects of brand and communications development. We’ve helped our clients be in the vanguard of the shift from using their marketing spend to tell people what they do, to using it to do amazing stuff that people talk about.
We have a broad network of interaction designers, film makers, developers, storytellers, experience creators, brand specialists and inventors to assemble bespoke teams to reflect the unique requirements of the projects and products we work on.
With 20 years of delivering strategic technology and communication projects, Ed has a very good technical understanding how technology can help in solving problems, however complex.
Over the years he has delivered global projects for PlayStation, Umbro and Dr. Martens; digital strategy for first direct, blinkbox, Oxfam, Fox’s Biscuits, AXA PPP, Warburtons and many smaller brands and businesses ensuring that Ed’s experience is varied and extensive.
All of this work has provided Ed with a depth of experience in user centric thinking. From user experience planning, user journey mapping, product development planning to user research and data analysis.
The work has included websites, social, apps, advertising, digital infrastructure (incl. physical space installations), digital products and digital experiences in public spaces. Across these projects the work has included not only development builds but also the content that engages and drives interaction.
Out of work Ed can be found long distance fell running, mountain biking, road biking, wild swimming and dragging his family with him on his ludicrous adventures.
Paul has spent 20 years helping clients shape powerful brand and communications strategies. After completing his doctorate in consumer behaviour he’s worked as a Strategy Director in a number of leading UK brand, advertising, digital and strategy agencies and held board level roles.

He also loves running, cycling, swimming, camping, cooking, foraging, campfires, exploring and biohacking.
